2. What  Are The Skylander Giants?

The Skylander Giants are enhanced, well Giant versions of the Skylanders we know from the popular Skylanders (Spyro’s Adventure) game of 2011. The new Skylander giants will be at least twice the size of the original versions.

In addition proving bigger is better, thanks to their embedded chips, the giant are said to light up if they’re anywhere near a portal of power.

Another benefit of RFID is the collectible Skylanders you already have WILL work with the new game. As an added bonus, characters from the previous game will be blessed with an upgraded cap and able to reach higher levels.

Things I Didn’t Like

Other than being a “collectible toy” which means you’ll be back in the store after the new year getting the trickle released companion characters, there’s not much to like other than the fact it’s a video game.

Just about anyone will like this toy/game. I’m generally down on video games but this is one the whole family can play and make an evening of it, a game night if you will.
