The Attack Of The Uruk-Hai is the LEGO version of small part or wall of the fortress Helm’s Deep. This fortress is set on Middle-Earth, as portrayed in J.R.R. Tolkien’s universe, the source of the popular Lord Of The Rings series.

This action set depicts a desperate attempt to fend off an attack staged by a horde of evil Uruk-Hai warriors, create bent on destruction and mayhem.  Set 9471 come ready for battle and include 6 minifigures, Eomer, 1 Rohan soldier and 4 Uruk-Hai, talk about some poor odds.

As with any LEGO set, you will love the fact that your child isn’t just playing, they’re learning all sorts of neat things such as the ability to read and interpret instructions, problem solving when the instructions just don’t seem to work and the wonderful art of improvisation that comes when they simply chuck the instructions and put the thing together based on nothing but the picture on the box.

A LEGO set is more than an action adventure set, it’s a 3D puzzle just waiting to challenge your child and nudge them to higher levels of learning.

Things I Didn’t Like About Lego Lord Of The Rings Attack Of The Uruk-Hai Army(9471)?

Not much to not like about this particular set. I like the movie so it follows I’ll like the set.

Who Would Like This Toy

Suggested minimum age for this LEGO set is 7 years old. I expect the reason for this is kids of this age are readers and probably won’t try to eat the pieces.
