The Razor Toy Company Delta 500 Vapor Blaster
Company Profile: The Razor Toy Company
The Razor Toy Company established in the year 2000, based in California has established a reputation of producing exciting, fun and quality toys such as Pony Royale, Razor Flash Rider 360 and the Razor Rip Rider 360.
All great toys but when I think about Razor, I associate them with the great Razor Scoot released in 2000. Please tell me you remember those things. The cul-de-sac was full of kids and adults alike buzzing about on these neat little things.
What Is The Delta 500 Blaster?
The Delta 500 Blaster is one of the coolest toy guns on the market today. It’s the 21st century version of a water gun. But wait! This ain’t your daddy’s water gun. The 500 is a pump action rifle with detachable stock that fires a water based pellet up to 80 feet

Things You Would Like About The Razor Vapor Delta 500 Blaster
If you’re like me, you’ll probably want to this thing as I did. I like the fairly smooth pump action the weapon offers, while the recommended age for the toy is 14 and up, I let my younger boy, 8 (my allowing my child to use this toy shouldn’t be considered as advice on how to run your home) have a go at it, he also reports the action was smooth.
I also like the fact the toy holds 100 round of water soluble ammo that can be launched at and hit an opponent at about 60 feet based on our test. Ouch factor was negligible.
Is This Toy Safe
As far as I can tell The Razor Vapor Delta 500 Blaster is safe, however, we have to remember this thing is firing a projectile. Eye protection is a must in my pad.
CHOKE HAZARD ALERT!!-THIS TOY INCLUDES SMALL PIECES(THE AMMO) THAT KIDS 3 AND YOUNGER COULD CHOKE ON.
Things I Didn’t Like About The Razor Vapor Delta 500 Blaster
There really isn’t a true downside to the toy. As this thing fires something and is incapable of replicating said thing, it follows we’ll have to purchase more ammo. As of this writing, I’ve seen ammo prices from $6.00 for 500 rounds to around $10.00 for 1000.
Razor Vapor Gel Ammo
What good is rifle without out ammunition? At the heart of this rifle is a unique, non toxic gel pellet which is mostly water, 98% water to be precise. When fired, these things reach out to reported distances of 80 feet.
My non-scientific test showed we got hits out to 60 feet. Granted my test dummy was a kid working for a McDonald’s cheeseburger outside.
Razor Vapor FAQs
Q-Will this “ammo” stain my carpet, furniture or walls?
A-In my experience no, but for the most part, we consider this an outside toy.
Q-Is there anything to clean up?
A-No, the ammo is a 98% water that breaks up on contact. Afterwards the rounds evaporate and disappear.
Q-How safe is The Delta 500 Blaster?
A-The toy is safe but common sense should dictate how it is used. For example, I insist on eye protection. While the rounds are mostly water, they are flying objects. I’m not saying you’ll put your eye out (Christmas Story-Red Ryder BB gun joke) using this but don’t take chances
Who Would Like This Toy
Big kids, little kids, kids with chicken pox. Nearly every boy, girl, man or woman of nearly all ages would like to have one of these toy weapons.
